OBOB permission slips due 10/13

Dear Veneta Elementary Families,

This is a friendly reminder that Oregon Battle of the Books (OBOB) permission slips are due tomorrow, Tuesday, October 13!
OBOB is open to 3rd–5th grade students who are interested in participating.
Before signing up, please consider the time commitment and number of books students will be expected to read. OBOB is a wonderful opportunity to build reading skills, teamwork, and a love of books, but it does require dedication and commitment throughout the program.
We are excited to see our Veneta Cougars take on this reading challenge!
Thank you for your support!
Dawn Dean
